  3. Rides will leave Staines Bridge at 9.15, unless otherwise stated
  4. We live in litigious times: it is imperative you have 3rd party indemnity
  5. Hounslow & District Wheelers recommend the wearing of cycle helmets

Hounslow and District Wheelers Training Rides 2010

Notes to riders:

  1. Mobile phone contact on day of all rides: 07963 636784
  2. Destination to be decided on the day depending on wind direction
  3. Unless stated all rides will be non-stop so don't forget water bottles & bonk rations
  4. The pace will be a steady 18-20 mph
  5. The group will wait for mechanical failures & punctures (within reason)
  6. The group will NOT wait for those who can't make the pace, so build up miles before coming along or be prepared to make your own way home !
  7. Rides will continue while there is enthusiasm for them.

Evening Training Rides 2010

The first evening training ride of 2009 will take place on Tuesday 31st March. It will leave from Bishops Gate, Windsor Great Park, at 18.00. As the evenings get lighter the start time will move towards 18.30.
